FIELD: adhesive production process. SUBSTANCE: adhesive composition contains 12-204 parts by weight of butadiene-sterene rubber; 7-18 parts by weight of rosin; 0.6-3.5 parts by weight of epoxy-diane resin; 0.6-2.4 parts by weight of industrial oil; 0.2-0.8 parts by weight of oligooxypropylene glycol maleic acid esters of the general formula HO-CH(CH₃)CH₂-OOC-CH=CH-COO[CH₂-CH(CH₃)HO]_1-3-H and 172-187 parts by weight of an organic solvent. The ground butadiene-sterene rubber is dissolved in an organic solvent, the resulting solution is mixed together with the remaining components of the composition under stirring for 4-5 hours at 50-70 C. The characterization of adhesive is as follows: interlaminar strength of metallic material-base foamed polyurethane 0.85 kg/cm, polyethylene 1.1 kg/cm; siliconized paper-base foamed polyurethane 0.06 kgf/cm, polyethylene 0.06 kgf/cm; polyvinylchloride linoleum-concrete 1.8 kgf/cm; shear strength of polyvinylchloride-concrete 8 kgf/8 kgs/cm², flexibility 1 mm, adhesiveness 759 sec.
