FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: perforated condenser is vertically secured on power-driven spindle with blades, coaxially therewith. A clamp is installed on spindle blades in housing above perforated condenser. Said clamp has strip-shaped hold-down member disposed rotatably on base. Rotation axle of hold-down member is horizontal. Electromagnet with a hole for thread passage is secured in housing above the clamp. Rotation axle of hold-down member is arranged horizontally above the horizontal plane passing through its center of gravity, perpendicularly to spindle rotation axle. Clamp base has a hole accommodating the strip-shaped member which comes to working position under gravity. EFFECT: improved functional and operating characteristics. 3 cl, 2 dwg
