FIELD: reference voltage sources for constant low voltage regulators. SUBSTANCE: device has operational amplifier 11 with resistive reversed feedback network, transistorized matrix 6 with transistors 2, 3 and 5, and resistors 1, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10. Transistors of matrix 6 are connected in diode circuit to form reference voltage. Industrial transistorized matrices manufactured by planar technology feature high temperature coefficient of voltage. Signals from two transistors 2 and 3 and from transistor 5 are fed respectively to input terminals of amplifier 11. Difference signal is rectified resulting in high accuracy output voltage on output terminals of device. EFFECT: high accuracy of output standard voltage. 1 dwg
