SUBSTANCE: device for preparation and batching aerated water with syrup has batching pump with batching and by-pass chambers and piston, mixing chamber, volumetric syrup batcher in the form of membrane type chamber with batching and working sections, syrup tank, pouring pipe, water and gas feeding pipe lines and system of distribution valves, and carbon dioxide source. Arresting device of membrane travel is positioned in one of the sections of membrane-type chamber whose working section communicates with batching chamber of batching pump, and batching chamber communicates with syrup tank and pouring pipe via pipe lines provided with solenoid valves.
