MANUFACTURING LINE FOR PREPARING DISINTEGRATED RAW MATERIAL Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: procession of raw material before feeding of it to a main manufacturing process (hydrolysis, fuel briquette making, production of building blocks, wooden-fibre plates). SUBSTANCE: line for preparing disintegrated raw material has a desk, supporting mounted one under another receiving inclined grid and sieves for separating large and small fractions. The receiving grid, made of rods, has charging and discharging chutes, the last is designed for discharging large-lump inclusions. The sieves for separating the large and the small fractions are arranged with inclination angle, opposite to the inclination angle of the receiving grid. The deck has supports in the form of suspensions. The deck itself, mounted with possibility of circular oscillations in a horizontal plane, has a chute-like bottom, in which a funnel is formed for removing the small fractions. A breaker, being used in the line, represents a hammer miller with a grate. A discharging branch pipe with a rectangular cross section and an output port of the miller are arranged with possibility of feeding the material, being processed, onto a common delivery conveyer.
