FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: lower plate of device carries outside tool made in the form of yoke housing fixed and movable dies put on the same axle without clearance. Movable die can rotate and return to its initial position up to stop located in lower plate under the effect of wedge fastened on top plate of device upon die protrusion. Male die is mounted coaxially with outside tool located on lower plate and is made in the form of mandrel with flexible and stiff bushings. Flexible bushing is compressed by mechanism having carriage coupled with mandrel of male die and capable of movement in the direction of axle of female die under the effect produced by wedge fastened on top plate. Length of wedge engageable with protrusions of movable die is smaller than that of wedge of compression mechanism by value given in description. EFFECT: enhanced operating capability. 2 dwg
