FIELD: purification of sewage water in the chemical industry and metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: suspension is treated with flocculator which comprises, weight % : the product produced by alkali treatment of diesel fuel distillate 45-65; mineral oil 30-45; residual product of manufacture of white oils recovered by oils sulfuration 5-10. Flocculator is employed in the form of 0,5% water solution and in the amount of 30-130 mg/l. The rate of suspension precipitating is of 1,5-3,4 m/hour. EFFECT: intensified clarification. 2 cl, 4 tbl
