FIELD: building machines. SUBSTANCE: equipment has a blade with a baffle, flaps. The baffle is pivotally connected to the blade. Axles of the pivots are fixed to the baffle and are located horizontally. The flaps are pivotally connected to the blade, axles of the pivots are fixed to the flaps and are located vertically. Upper ends of the vertical axles are connected to nearby ends of the horizontal axles by cone gears which are mounted on corresponding ends of the axles. Teeth of the gears mounted on the vertical axles are cut on no more than 1/4 of their circle. Their diameters are larger than that of the gears on the horizontal axles.
