FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: balloon is manufactured with through cone duct and two-layer envelope with clearance. Its outer envelope is blackened. Space of balloon between envelope and cone duct is divided into sections filled in succession with helium and air. Sections with air are connected to system of feed and discharge of it. Platform of rotor is anchored to balloon and ventilation pipe with ropes. Ventilation pipe is anchored with the help of ropes along tangent line to outer surface of air balloon.
