FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has carburetor 1 with main batching system of pneumatic braking of fuel and electrolyzer 11 which is coupled with the carburetor and whose oxygen-collecting space is coupled with a fuel passage of the main batching system. Electrodes of the electrolyzer is connected to electronic control block 13 electrically connected to a pickup for measuring temperature of cooling water in the engine, to pickup of rarefaction in inlet pipe line, and to oxygen pickup 20. Electronic control block 13 is made of differential amplifier 21 whose output is connected to power amplifier 22 and input is connected to pickup signal amplifier 16,19.
