FIELD: power plant engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has heat-transfer agent supply pipe line with fins mounted in a spaced relation to it. Fins are mounted on panel and have inner and outer edges. Panel is mounted on pipe line and is made in form of bent plate with rectilinear side sections and central section in form of cylinder. Fins are engageable with panel by its inner edges. Located between fins are retainers which may be made in form of webs, plate doubled in center portion or in form of spherical extrusions. Outer edges of fins may be made in form of part of circumference or in form of broken line. center circumference of outer edge may coincide or may not coincide with center of pipe line. Sections of broken line of outer edges of fins may form acute, right or obtuse angle between each other. Ends of rectilinear sections of plate may be L-shaped.
