FIELD: devices for information input and processing. SUBSTANCE: device has processor units connected by shared bus. Source signal commutator, information bus, units for connection to sources, unit for determination of addresses and priorities of sources, additional processor units are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Unit for determination of addresses and priorities of sources provides generation of clock pulses and sequence of addresses of sources at shared and information buses. Processor unit which receives real-time information flow generates descriptor providing communication of this source through communication unit to this processor unit. This descriptor is stored in commutator and can be resent to other processor units or to some unit in order to take into account commutation of other sources during load distribution.
