FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: bottles are transported in turn by conveyer into open resonator. Pulse r. f. electromagnetic field is excited in open resonator by generator. This field changes under influence of bottle advanced into the resonator. These changes are caused by level of liquid in the bottle. Changes in intensity of electromagnetic field is detected by mating unit. When bottle moves in the space of open resonator the output signal of mating unit changes from minimum to maximum value. When bottle goes out of open resonator output signal of mating unit reduces again. Signal from output of mating unit is analyzed by means of comparators, sample-store unit and subtracter. During analyzing process the moments when output signal achieves minimal and maximal values are measured. Moment of maximum emerges corresponds to optimal disposition of the bottle under testing in the space of open resonator. Maximal value is detected by peak detector, this value is applied to input of annunciation unit from output of peak detector. Annunciation unit measures level of output signal of peak detector. If measured value deviates from tolerant values the annunciation unit turns on corresponding indicator and gives warning of deviation in level of liquid in bottles under test against tolerant values. EFFECT: improved reliability. 3 dwg
