FIELD: casting production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has the charging hopper 1, the working unit 2 with the electromagnetic exciter 8, the disintegration chamber 9, the chamber 10 for preliminary dust-removing the chamber 12 for wiping with working members 19 of abrasive material, a chamber for separating filling sand from facing and core sands, the chamber 22 for dust-removing the filling sand. The facing, core and filling sands through the hopper 1 are being fed to the chamber 21 for separation, where the filling sand by vibration action is being sieved to the dust-removing chamber 22 through the perforated bottom 11, the core and the facing sands are being fed to the disintegration chamber 9. The filling sand is being discharged from the chamber 22 through an outlet openings, or it is being reused, or it is being fed to the disintegration chamber. The disintegrated sand is being dust-removed in the chamber 10, and it is being fed to the chamber 12 of the working unit 2, where it is being dried and cleaned off binding materials and clayey components. EFFECT: decreased number of units of working equipment and enhanced labor conditions due to lowered dust separation to an atmosphere of casting shop at places of transferring. 1 cl, 3 dwg
