SUBSTANCE: device has two memory units 1 and 2, seven switch elements 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 18, 19, decoder 10, control unit 12, RS-flip-flop 13, three AND gates 14, 15, 20, two pulse generators 17, 21, row address generator 5, storage address generator 8, output unit 23, electrode unit 24, clock 22. Input signal is stored in memory unit as binary code. Size of memory unit provides storage of information during certain time interval. Signal intensity is encoded in low bits of address code in memory positions where logical one is stored. Reading from memory unit to recording electrodes is performed with information compression in time. Image is stored across direction of medium moving. Continuous record of information is provided by use of two memory units which switch between read and write modes in turn. Device provides efficient recording of intensity of volatile processes by compression in time and low use of information medium. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg
