Lower bin-collector 3 isolated from the chamber by perforated floor 4 is connected to shroud 5 of conveyer 6. The shroud is connected to the lower part of elevator 7 and is transformed into an exhaust ventilation branch pipe 8 in the most remote part from the lower bin-collector, branch-pipe 8 connects the conveyer shroud to dust catcher 9.
