FIELD: drawing accessories. SUBSTANCE: ruler has a body with a longitudinal rectangular cut which width is bounded by a conventional axial line passing through the ruler center, and a conventional line located at equal distance between the conventional axial line and the working edge without metering scale. The cut is length bounded be webs which length L matches inequality where h is the ruler width. 1/8 part of the ruler body width without the metering scale is made transparent.
