FIELD: load devices. SUBSTANCE: loaded material passing through a chute fastened to a pipe by a flange bends a flap mounted between the flanges and moves it apart. When the flow rate of the fed material is varied the inlet cross section of the flap is also varied preventing discharge of dust fractions from the pipe cavity. A mixer case or a loose material bunker may be used as the tube. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 dwg
