SUBSTANCE: device has automatic operator control unit, position detectors unit, which has upper position detector and lower position detector, rocking amplitude set-point device and OR gate. Three inputs of the set-point device are connected with identical polarity outputs of automatic operator control unit. Output of the set-point device is connected to the first input of OR gate which has the second input connected with output of automatic operator clamps upper position detector. Output of OR gate is connected with the first input of control unit. Output of clamps lower position detector is connected with the second input of control unit. EFFECT: improved productivity. 3 dwg
