FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: injector has body 1 with shoulder 2 engaging with mating surface 3 of mounting hole 4 in diesel engine head 5. Spray tip 6 is secured in lower part of body 1. Adjusting unit 7 is arranged in body 1. Pressure flange 8 engages with shoulder. High-pressure fuel pipe 9 is connected by one end with high-pressure fuel injection pump of diesel engine. Other end of high-pressure pipe is fitted for free rotation in central hole in cover of cup 13 and is secured at inlet of axial channel of adapter whose outlet, through hole and union 20, communicates with connecting pipe 21. Cup 13 is arranged coaxially with longitudinal axis of injector. Central hole in cup cover is arranged under lower bottom plate of adapter. Cup is installed for turning relative to adapter.
