FIELD: optical instrument technology. SUBSTANCE: mirror-lens objective has mirror-lens member with first concave spheroidal surface and two spherical concentric reflecting surfaces concave with respect to object direction. There is fourth refracting surface made convex and fixed and placed at distance not more then 5,5 F with respect to second reflecting surface. F is focal length of objective. Behind mirror-lens member positive meniscus is placed along optical axis with concavity directed to image, then there are biconcave lens, negative meniscus with concavity directed to object, which can be made like together bond of biconcave and biconvex lenses, finally there is negative meniscus which concavity is directed to image and it is perhaps made like together bond of biconvex and biconcave lenses. EFFECT: more effective objective construction. 2 cl, 4 dwg
