FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by disintoxication therapy with the help of antimonous-silicium sorbent, its dose being 1.5-2.0 g in 50-100 ml of distilled water twice a day. Additionally manual affection is carried out on the 3-4 day from the beginning of treatment course. The process takes place on the area of vertebral column at level Jh5-L4, stress being 20-25 kg/cm2. Method is available for III-IV degree of dehydration, survival rate being 100% . EFFECT: increases efficiency of the method.
