FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has distributing unit with housing provided with supply pipe system and collector mounted within the housing for rotation in it. Connecting graves are axially extending along perimeter of collector outer surface. Housing channels are aligned with collector channels. Collector body has longitudinal channels, which are connected with their one ends to connecting grooves and with their other ends to energy carrier pipes. Apparatus is further provided with tooth-type coupling for providing transmission of torque from converter neck to collector. Conjugated surfaces of housing and collector are conical and are biased one to the other by spring mounted on housing end. Energy-carrier pipes are grouped into a bundle, which is placed into converter neck cavity. Pipes are joined through quick-releasable connection with flexible metal hoses and placed in protective casing at the location extending between converter neck and bulky bottom. The pipes are connected through corner unit. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation. 5 dwg
