FIELD: heating engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of heating tube manufacture provides formation of hermetic body 1 and capillary porous structure 2 by the heating treatment of initial material 3 ( for instance, aluminum powder ), using nozzle hot dynamic pressing with external heating of initial material, for instance by inductor 4, and matrix 5 up to the temperature of the heated walls of lining 6, equalled to (1.2 - 1.3) T with T - temperature of initial material melting, and with internal cooling of the initial material, for instance, by air cooling of central rod 7, that have temperature of its outside walls equalled to (0.5 - 0.8) T. Central rod 7 is periodically reciprocated in matrix 5 during hot dynamic pressing by punch 8. Produced capillary porous structure blank 9 with hermetic body 1 are cross cut into separate heating tubes. EFFECT: method is used in production of heat exchangers wit heating tubes. 3 dwg
