SUBSTANCE: machine has resiliently installed container 1 with shaft 2 mounted in center of container and intended to carry activator with vanes 3 made in the form of spokes and dividing working space of container into several smaller volumes. Secured on spokes 3 are plates 4, front edges of which are tapered and back edges are flat. Plates 4 are staggered in parallel with shaft 2 and oscillate angularly together with spokes 3.
