FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: installation has a skidding carriage with a cargo block and a clip, a rope system with draw and return ropes, a stop clutch for engagement with the clip and built-up rope reeved in a pulley path of the cargo block and connected to the stop clutch. Moreover, the installation has an additional block which casing is connected to the return rope, and an additional closed rope reeved to form two branches into an additional path made on the cargo block, and the additional block. The stop clutch is mounted on the draw rope which end is fastened on the branches. EFFECT: improved structure. 1 dwg
