FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a comparison element, an error signal amplifier, a hydraulic amplifier, a hydraulic actuator in the form of a rotary cylinder, a feedback element. The device also has a pulse former, a single vibrator, a two-position relay, two nozzles-flaps, an electrohydraulic distributor with a jet tube which is connected to the hydraulic amplifier through hydraulic channels. The hydraulic amplifier is made in the form of a bush-rod mating with perforated holes in them with perforation radiuses r_b and r_r respectively and initial displacement of the rod relative to the bush equal to δ=2(r_b-r_r). The number of perforations in the bush - 2n, and in the rod - 2m related to each other as n = m + 1. EFFECT: widened scope of functionality. 4 dwg
