SUBSTANCE: in lower part of dish with gravity verticals filled with optically transparent fluid permanent magnet in the form of segment of ring is installed stationary. T-shaped slot is made in inner cylindrical surface of segment perpendicular to its generator. Side surfaces of it present unlike poles between which magnet is mounted for interaction of like poles of magnets.
