FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: die consists of three parts: fixed, middle turnable and movable. The parts are centered by means of guide pins and bushings. The pins are pressed against pushing plates and move them, thus ensuring removal of castings from bars, their pushing by tubular ejectors and pushers through the trimming die displacement of the gate from the recessed portion of dissector and displacement of flashers from sockets into holes of the plate of the movable part. At the same time, with the casting being accurately fixed in the ejector, the interior cavities of the casting are pierced by piercing punch and springs are compressed by the ejector plate. Molding of the melt and opening of the mold with ejection of the casting and the gate is performed by means of springs and hydraulic pusher of machine. After the middle turnable part is turned through 180 deg and the mold is shut, the cycle repeats. EFFECT: extended operating capabilities. 1 cl, 3 dwg
