FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a ratchet wheel, a hollow body, a stop, a control lever and device to fix the control lever in neutral and working positions. The ratchet wheel is kinematically tied with executive unit drive. The stop is fixed on the body and engaged with the ratchet wheel. The control lever is fixed on a shaft and kinematically tied with the stop. The stop has a tail end. Kinematic tie of the control lever with the stop is made as two armed cantilever and two springs. The cantilever is fixed on the shaft. One end of each spring is fixed on the stop tail end. The other end of each spring is fixed on a free end of corresponding arm of two armed lever.
