In summer time the chamber is used as refrigerator and in winter it is used as thermal container and constant storage temperature is provided inside it. Device has safety unit of electric-heating element, inspection hole, auxiliary warmer, steam insulation, suspended racks, protection means of electric-heating element made in the form of louvers-type grate.
