FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: shredder of vegetable root crops is provided with drive reduction gear of working members which has two planetary trains engageable with one another by sun wheel and body of differential and three interconnected self-adjusting outlet shafts. Reduction gear driven by one electric motor provides uninterrupted shredding process i. e. productivity of working members of screw conveyer of shredding apparatus and water supply device are relatively correlated with each other. This results in continuous treatment of washer, transportation and shredding vegetable root crops. EFFECT: enhanced operating capability. 3 cl, 6 dwg
