FIELD: mixing. SUBSTANCE: mixing plant has hollow vertical case with tangent branch pipe, cupola-shaped nozzle, sleeve for discharging air, hollow rod with a nozzle, and ring chamber with tangent branch pipes. In addition the plant has reservoir for fluid with the first actuator which are coupled with the hollow rod of the nozzle through vapor generator, reservoir with admixture having the second actuator which is coupled with the rod of the nozzle, and third actuator received within the branch pipe. The sleeve for discharging air is coupled to the branch pipes for supplying air through an air blower. Control inlets of the actuators, heating members of the vapor generator and electric motor are connected to outputs of a control unit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
