FIELD: vehicles. SUBSTANCE: electric field radiators are installed along the route of motion with trolley current carriers. The radiators are connected to repair and working sections of trolleys. Length of radiators is equal to braking distance of movable using equipment. Transducer which is sensitive to electric field is rigidly fixed to the using equipment. When voltage doesn't exist, for example, in working section, in the moment the movable using equipment approaches to the section, the signal for braking is generated from inverter output of the transducer.
