FIELD: load hoisting and conveying machinery. SUBSTANCE: lowering shaft of one of lowering conveyor drums carries driving gear 10 meshing with driven gear 11 secured on lifting shaft of lifting conveyor drum while the lowering shaft carries coupling 13 capable of meshing the lowering shaft with, and demeshing it from, smaller gear. Lowering and lifting shafts are fitted with sprocket speed regulators 14,15 capable of starting and stopping the lowering and lifting motors 3,4 depending on preset rotation speed of said sprockets.
