FIELD: plumbing engineering. SUBSTANCE: manual drive is connected to operating lever. Pawl is articulated to two-arm lever and spring-loaded on support. Releasing member has the form of pawl, guiding and driven stops disposed on engaging side of pawl. Guiding stop is mounted on support while the driven one, on pawl with a provision for sliding over guiding stop. Resetting member has vertical cylinder closed on end and provided with radial holes on its side, a calibrated hole in the lower end, and a piston connected with rod and accommodated in cylinder with a provision for moving axially and for closing radial holes. Spring is disposed between piston and upper end of cylinder. Free arm of two-arm lever serves as a pedal. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
