SUBSTANCE: device has drainage system 1 with relief valve 4, vacuum gauge mounted within an altitude chamber, pressure drop regulator 8, normally closed and normally open air-operated cocks 6 and 7. Air-operated cock 6 has a housing with inlet, outlet and control cavities 11, 12, 13. Inlet and outlet cavities 11 and 12 are separated from each other by air-loaded valve 14, and outlet and control cavities 12 and 13 are separated by membrane 15 from each other. Pneumatic cock 7 has a housing including inlet, outlet and control cavities 17 and 19 and auxiliary cavity 19. Inlet and outlet cavities 16 and 17 are separated from each other by spring-loaded valve 20, outlet and auxiliary cavities 17 and 19 are separated from each other by membrane 21 and auxiliary cavity 19 and control cavity 18 are separated by membrane 22. Area of membrane 22 is greater than area of membrane 21, push 23 being interposed between them and membrane 22 being spring-loaded by spring 24. Pressure drop regulator 8 has a housing with inlet, outlet and control cavities 26, 27, 28, respectively. Inlet cavity 26 is separated from outlet cavity 27 by spring-loaded valve 29 and from control cavity 28 by membrane 30. There is push 31 interposed between valve 29 and membrane 30, pressure force of valve 29 being regulated by screw 32. Inlet cavity 16 of normally open air-operated valve 7 is in communication with gas feeding line 10, outlet cavity 17 is in communication with injector 9, control cavity 18 is in communication with altitude chamber 25 and auxiliary chamber 19 is in communication with environment. Inlet cavity 11 of normally closed air-operated valve 6 is in communication with drainage system, outlet cavity 12 is in communication with inlet cavity 26 of drop regulator 8 and control cavity 13 is in communication with gas feeding line 10, outlet cavity 27 of regulator 8 is in communication with altitude chamber 25, injector 9 is located outside chamber 25.
