FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hemosorption column is designed for use in combination with peristaltic pump having inlet and air trap disposed in discharge line of hemosorption circuit. Hemosorption column eliminates possibility of development of thrombosis owing to shape, arrangement and dimensions of slits that match inner sharp portions of caps of delivery and discharge pipes. It incorporates transparent sorbent flask enclosed in preservative. Flask neck securely mounts threaded cover which houses bushing having two holes and flexible plug. Pipes fitted in bushing holes and passed through plug to enter flask inner space are employed to feed and run off blood. There are slits at ends of pipes to allow blood to pass. Pipes are plugged with externally and internally sharpened caps. External sharpening allows plug to be punctured and internal one eliminates thrombosis. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
