FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: relative linear displacement of the pipe and scraping tool located inside the pipe is accomplished. The internal burr is first scraped continuously by means of a fixed tool. Chips formed inside the pipe are periodically cut by means of a drive cutting tool. The direction of the scraping force vector lies in the plane passing through the pipe axis and pipe through weld. The given device has ports for removal of cut chips and tools with an independent drive, which cut the chips produced in the process of dressing. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 13 cl
