FIELD: attachments at treatment of deep holes. SUBSTANCE: the device for direction of boring bar consists of housing 1 accommodating tailstock sleeve 2 with jig bush 3 for direction of tool 4. The housing also accommodates sleeve 5, where bush 7 is installed in bearings, bush 7 has a set of engageable split rings 8 with male cones made on the end faces, and rings 9 with female cones; rings 9 are fitted in bush 7 without any clearance, and the rings envelop the boring bar without any clearance. Seal ring 1 also installed in the bush. To provide an accurate alignment of boring bar 10, rings 8, 9 are installed with their splits staggered in bush 7. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 3 dwg
