SUBSTANCE: composition has hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (25-75 weight % ) and hydrolyzed copolymer of maleic anhydride with at least one monoethylene unsaturated monomer (75-25 weight % ) taken from the following group: monoethylene unsaturated acid or ester, anhydride, amide or its water soluble salt, monoethylene unsaturated hydrocarbon, nitrile, aldehyde or ketone, vinylcarboxylate or a mixture of two or more polymers indicated. Molecular mass of hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride and hydrolyzed copolymer used is 400-800 and 800-2500, respectively. Composition is used at concentration 0.1-100 parts per million.
