Said modifier is blocked isocyanate containing oligodiene blocked by silica filler or by kaolin, mass ratio being 10-15: 8-13: 10. Rubber mixture contains mass % : isoprene rubber 100, sulfur 1.0-1.9, tetramethylthiuramdisulfide 0.1-0.3, sulfenamide accelerator 1.1-2.0, N-dithiodimorpholine 0.3-0.7; 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer 1.2-3.5; N- isopropyl-N-phenyl-p-phenyldiamine 0.2-0.4; technical carbon 10-40; mentioned above oligodiene 5-20. Rubber has: relative tensile strength 26.9-28.0 MPa, relative elongation 490-630% , fatigue limit at multiple tension (ε=150% being 150% ) 59-115000 units. EFFECT: improves rubber quality. 2 tbl
