CONDUCTING POLYMER COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: production of polymer composition. SUBSTANCE: composition contains, mass parts: butadiene-styrene thermoelastic plastic 100, mixture of soot and conducting carbon black at ratio 1: 1-2 having specific absorption surface 900 m²/g 26-30, organic solvent 600-700. Composition is prepared by mixing all the components within 30-40 min. Thermoelastic plastic is preliminary swelled in portion of solvent. Thus prepared composition is applied on polymer or wax article and dried at 35 C. Then article is placed into galvanic bath to precipitate metal on its surface. Specific resistance of composition is 0,63·10^-4-3,0·10^-4 ohm m. EFFECT: improves composition quality. 1 tbl
