FIELD: development of oil fields. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection into fringe formation of product of combined processing of acid tar oils and oxyethylated alkyl phenol APh9-4 with concentration of 0.5-5.0% by mass in hydrocarbon solution, and, then, injection of 0.5-5.0% by mass of aqueous solution of product of combined processing of acid tar oils and oxyethylated alkyl phenols APh9-12. Formation fringes are filled by injection in two cycles with injection volume ratio in each cycle amounting up to 1: 1 to 1: 5 and total consumption of said products - surfactants in amount equalling 0.5-1.5% of pore volume. EFFECT: higher oil recovery from nonuniform formations by equalizing pf permeability of interlayers with different permeability and complete recovery of residual oil reserves affected and nonaffected by water flooding. 1 tbl
