AUTOMATIC SPEED GOVERNOR FOR HYDRAULIC TURBINE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2012826 C1

FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: governor has actuating hydraulic motor 4 for changing opening of directing apparatus of the turbine. The motor is coupled to hydraulic lines of slide unit 3 through spaces. The slides of the unit is kinematically connected with control unit 1 through electrohydraulic converter 2 and with rods of adjusting electric drive 8 and locator 9 of opening of the directing apparatus through lever system 12,13. The rods bear on two levers 11 of the lever system which are coupled with shaft 10 whereon the third lever is set. The lever is coupled with slides of unit 3 and shaft 17 coupled with actuating hydraulic motor 4 via feed-back transmission 16. The motor is provided with an apparatus for arresting maximum opening of the directing apparatus made of control member 7, additional electric drive 5, profiled movable stop 6, and two end switches 6a, 6b, which are mounted for engaging with the last, in series. The lever bears on the rod of adjusting electric drive 8 from one side and on the profiled surface of the movable stop from the other side. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 dwg
