SUBSTANCE: device has the first and the second carriages 1 and 1a of the unit for disposed stereo pair of photographs, the first and the second tracking electric drives 2 and 2a for moving the first carriage 1 along axes of abscissas and ordinates, the third and the fourth electric drives 2b and 2c for moving the second carriage 1a along the axes of abscissas and ordinates, unit 12 for forming spatial adjusting mark, unit 14 for forming mark-pointer, provided with tracking electric drive 18 for turning its image relatively center of adjusting mark 12, unit for setting spatial coordinates of the points, provided with the first, the second and the third mechanic drives and with the first, the second and the third angular converters 22, 20 and 24 correspondingly, processing unit 31, provided with point coordinate indicator 32 and with unit for controlling the third, the second and the third tracking electric drives 2, 2a, 2b. Control unit is made in form of sine and cosine converters 25 and 26, the first and the second multiplication units 27 and 27a with output registers 28 and 28a, and adder 29 with output register 30. The first mechanic drive 21 is made in form of control cylinder, axes of rotation of the cylinder is connected with shaft of the first angular converter 22. The second mechanic drive 19 is made in form of control wheel; axis of rotation of the wheel is connected with shaft of the second angular converter 20.
