METHOD OF MAGNETIC VIDEO RECORDING AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: television. SUBSTANCE: method of magnetic video recording and replay of television signal consists in fixing of it by level of blanking pulses before recording on magnetic carrier, in its conversion into frequency-modulated signal simultaneously with recording of obtained signal, in formation and recording of control signal. For replay frequency-modulated signal is corrected and demodulated. Prior to this conversion of television signal signals are gated within intervals of blanking pulses, radio pulses and unipolar pulses are formed and introduced into specified intervals and for replay signal is frequency-selected. In this case central frequency of bandwidth of filter is determined in compliance with inequality Fт<fϕ<Fк and is changed in proportion to change of speed of movement of magnetic carrier. Simultaneously frequency-selected radio pulse are detected to isolate their envelopes. At the same time swing of unipolar pulses is measured and by its deviation from rated value amplitude-frequency characteristic of replay channel is corrected. Device for magnetic recording and replay has for recording fixing unit 1, synchronization selector 2, unit 3 of suppression of synchronization pulses, amplifier 4 of recording channel, adder 5, supplementary adder 6, frequency modulator 7, former 8 of fixing pulses, former 9 of unipolar pulses, former 10 of suppression pulses, former 11 of radio pulses, former 12 of control signal and for replay it has amplifier 13, corrector 14, frequency demodulator 15.
