Front slot-like hole is set square to longitudinal axis of board at a distance "a" from the board rib of attack. Said distance "a" is equal to 0.3-0.45 b, where b - length of board profile chord. Rear slot-like hole is arranged square to longitudinal axis of board at a distance "c" from the board rib of flow. Said distance is equal to 0.15-0.3 b, where b - length of board profile chord.
