FIELD: pressing equipment. SUBSTANCE: press has slide block moving in vertical guides with the aid of crank gear engageable with main shaft positioned in top part of bedplate. Pieces of work are transferred between working positions by grab rule. Slide block carries wedge with symmetrically positioned working surfaces to which rollers of mechanism of transverse movement of grab rules are pressed flexibly. These rollers are mounted on two carriages installed on horizontal guide fastened on bedplate above plane of grab rules. Carriages of the mechanism are connected by flexible member. Each carriage has bracket with guide located in parallel with grab rule on which the rule is installed. Mechanism of longitudinal movement of grab rules has longitudinal guides fastened on bedplate in parallel with grab rules. On them is installed carriage with roller flexibly pressed against cam of cam mechanism which is engageable with main shaft with the aid of cardan shaft and gear trains. Carriage of mechanism of longitudinal movement of grab rules carries two transverse guides on which sliders are installed, the latter are engageable with grab rules with locking units.
