FIELD: transport mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has wheels dynamic condition detectors, which have outputs connected with microprocessor computers for each pair of wheels through speed signal formers; matching amplifiers, which have inputs connected to outputs of microprocessor computers, outputs of the amplifiers are connected to solenoids of adjust valves, mounted in brake circuits of the wheels. Device has additional brake efficiency control unit, electric switch and digital indicator. Inputs of control unit are connected to start brake detectors and to inputs of microprocessor computers, which are connected with the formers. Output of control unit is connected with digital indicator. The control unit is made in form of input multiplexer, connected by means of lines with counters for number of turns of driven wheels and braking time, clock pulse generator, unit for detecting start point of braking, AND gate and arithmetic-logic unit. Outputs of the latter are connected to contact of the switch and to outputs of braking time counter; input of the arithmetic-logic unit is connected with digital indicator. Efficiency of braking is determined by the device for the period of deceleration of the vehicle from 40 km/h to 20 km/h according to the relation, given in the description of the invention.
